Just a bit OT: Please be careful if something is approved at MIL it might not be approved at LHR. This because security at LHR is possibly the stricktest of size of the sealed bags. Even in the USA TSA isn't as strickt as BAA at LHR. This is my experience while travelling with my transparent zipper bag size a bit bigger than a liter (20*20 cm).
