My only experience with AC in this area was quite positive. Two years ago my mother-in-law,who had been sick for some time, took a turn for the worse and her doctor recommended that we should get to Manitoba asap. I phoned AC immediately, they provided us with seats on a flight the next day at excursion rates. I think they may have asked for the name of the hospital and the attending physician, but we weren't required to provide anything else.
