IMHO I've found AC does a good job handling compassionate/bereavement travel. Of course, there are rules to be followed (and thanks to Empress for making them available in black & white) but I don't think they are unreasonable. Of course, dealing with these matters is often the last thing someone in grief wants to deal with.

I hope come what may, should you need them, AC will deliver the understanding and efficient service I've experienced in the past.
