Again, I am glad you didn't go through this. But it doesn't change the fact that I did. It was infact the second time I have faced such complications with AC at YVR in a compasionate travel situation. Remember, I did not have the luxury of booking in advance. AC's airport staff are notoriously unpredictable. I was not about to argue with the woman over it. All I wanted to do was just pay her and leave on the first possible flight.
