I have been know to make very critical statements about AC.

Here I draw the line...

In the past two years, I have had four family deaths. AC has been outstanding in all four. I have nothing but praise for the compassion extended to me in those trying circumstances. I especially remember booking a flight to YYB within the hour after my father's death. I was sobbing on the phone and trying to make a reservation. The agent took me by the figurative hand and led me through the process. I still remember her caring.

Flyboy: I am sorry that you encountered a hard hearted agent. I have never encountered this with AC.
