Ive used a turntable in flight a few years ago.....I needed to transfer a few things I had just purchased in NYC on 12" onto my laptop & burn to CD.

It was my Vestax Handytrax portable turntable (battery powered, but I had no batteries so had to plug it in)

It was happy enough being perched on the 62K footrest, and didnt skip at all.
It does have a built in speaker too, but I spared the rest of the upper deck the music
