That is true.
However, the new UA management has demonstrated a closed-mind attitude toward customers and/or their ideas or suggestions. The failure of the new UA management to budge even the slightest with the demotions confirms their intransigence.
Unfortunately, it is the new UA management that has set the stage for a confrontation or an exodus by or of loyal customers. How disappointing!
