You probably can push and pull from an external account but my question is why? There is no rush to start dumping money in. Wait a week to be verified before dumping any money in. Once you are verified, Fidelity's ACH works just fine. You don't want to get too fancy here pushing and pulling large amounts from an external account and risking an audit if you e.g. try to pull money that was not available to withdraw.
