Phone, then you know you've made contact with someone rather than it's sitting in an inbox waiting to be looked at. I've generally found people to be more sympathetic to errors when you speak to them, rather than in an email (similar has happened to me with a flight booking, and because I spoke to the airline quickly they fixed my error at no charge)
