I'd look at doing the LCY-JFK route personally.
NF isn't a big enough leap over CW for me (although obviously I'd rather travel in it), and CWLC looks very, very good
If you're going for Gold, CWLC will accrue the same TP's, without paying for the F upgrade LHR-NYC
