It seems the programmers essentially didn't bother storing a year field, so RR points, CPQP, and TQP earning details disappear each year. Then for upto the first few days of the year they take the RR points displays down for everyone so that they can zero out everyone's history.

Makes it very hard to, say, reconcile a 12/27 flight or partner posting from a credit card to make sure the proper points were posted.
