An update:

Outbound options:
Dayflight: Choice of either CW from LCY (or LHR) or go for F. Is the NF in all 747s to NY?

Return:
Is the BA F segment for a 6-7hr overnight flight worth the difference compared with CW? If I'm asleep I dont know if I'd appreciate the difference as much as if I was awake.
