The GA was absolutely wrong and her actions are not justified, however, had you just kept your thoughts to yourself you wouldn't have been stuck in Y.

When I encounter this kind of situation, I will just keep it to myself, get the GA's name, gather whatever evidence I can [screenshots of my reservation or pictures of my BP, names, witnesses, etc], and write an e-mail to corporate along with attachments of whatever evidence I have collected.

It is just like when you are dealing with scummy police officers, just do whatever is necessary to get the job done [which you did by getting 3F and a BP in hand] and follow up afterwards with the superiors.
+1 , also when waiting for the UP I usually do NOT ask the GAs when they will give me my new BP seeing Im #1 (or whatever #) . The screen can show 5 available yet they are taken , its just the people havent checked in as of yet, so before T-15 it can go from F12 to F0 w/o 1 person getting an UP.

It seems the OP simply got on the GAs case, although tahts no reason for the GA to have reacted as they did, but then who knows what and how the OP said what they did all along to the GA
