If you consider experiencing a vastly better seat (QF/A380), better IFE, superior food, and outstanding wines/bubbles a downside, then yes, there is plenty of downside to flying QF F.

Frankly, why anyone would fly BA/F over QF/F is beyond me, given the choice.
