No scanner operational this morning (day after story broke) at BDL, could be coincidence, or a knee jerk reaction until they implement checkpoints that can do a two-fold to three-step approach: walk through metal detector, then body scanner, then even perhaps a pat down...arrive early folks...or book with MegaBus
