It pr0obably does seem an odd question to ask but it is part of some work than I am completing and this site was recommended to me. I would like to understand your views on airlines that you use specifically and how do they compare in terms of complaint resolution?

Do you find that some airlines more than others provide that level of service that makes you feel valued and engaged with the brand?
