Is their program any worth? I heard that they don't get easy upgrades and in order to get a ticket award you go through hell.

If you look around FT you will find that it's almost impossible to get an award flight with DL. I have tried AF and it has availibility, however their tax + surcharges is insane. I think it's more than LH.
