At BOM too, they used to let you enter by looking at an eticket on your phone, but that seems to no longer be the case.

Instead, they have airport officials sitting right next to the entry police with printed manifests. So if you don't have a printout, it seems like you can just step over to said desk and they will clear you.

Seems like a better deal than at DEL.
