Ok....I am over here at AA more frequently after dealing with $misek Air (or as we are calling it now...Slime Air

), and must have missed something here about the OP....
I will say this, the remote terminal that UA used to have (now that AA uses), was then a real PIA...and really hasn't changed....I always allowed an extra 15-20 minutes of connection time dealing with it. I actually think where Eagle flew out of before (the other remote area) was a lot better than UA's remote setup (which is where AA is now).
I think just pad the connection times in LAX for it and try to minimize the stress level....I think Eagle is not that bad.....YMMV...
