International Award Flights

Hi All,

I am hoping to find a logical reasoning to the scarcity of UNITED international award flights from EWR via FRA after the merger. I have booked numerous one stop award flights in the past (via continental) EWR-FRA-CCU , both in coach and business class and they were available months before the travel date. Coach round trip at 80K miles and business/first at 120K.

However I am trying to find a similar award flight and they don't seem to be available anymore after March'2012. I have gone as far as Oct '2012 but with no luck. I am seeing other award flights but all have at least 2 stops. Am I missing something or is this pure bad timing ? Anyone else seen such behavior in other international destinations ?
