Don't take 1D
Horrible!

I wouldn't take that seat unless it was the last one left.

The restroom is directly to the right of 1D so that when people are queuing to use the facilities they look right down onto your seat. The ONLY advantage that I can see is that there is a ledge above your seat that the flight attendants pile the sleep suits onto that becomes your own place to put stuff.
