I am totally confused, trying to figure out the new booking codes: if a flight says RN1 and R1...does that mean there are 2 seats, one in each category or only one seat?

If it says PN1 does that mean that if I book the ticket I will automatically be upgraded to the next class IE Business?

Why do my reservations no longer say Uprade Pending or waitlisted?

I hate the new "look"...its the old crummy CO web page. Ugh!!
