Airfarewatchdog and I believe Travelzoo will send you deals from your city on a regular basis via e-mail, the others you have to hunt down in their forums.

If you know where they will be playing, you can set up fare alerts on sites like kayak and they will tell you if a fare drops.

Don't trust any of the sites to find them for you, they may help, but continue searching on your own.
