Me & MrsQQ have a revenue J (Z actually) reservation for late april. There are some AC flights and some UA (formerly CO) flights. Prior to the weekend I could go onto continental.com and view my booking using the CO PNR. Now when I go to united.com and enter the PNR it says my PNR has been changed, shows the new one, but also says that the booking has been cancelled and I can use the residual value for future travel.

AC says they have me confirmed on all segments, not to worry.

UA well.... I've spend over 2 hours waiting to talk to someone but united.com shows it cancelled.

Who would you believe?
who is the issuing carrier?

if AC, then AC needs to just print the ticket for you and you should be good to go. it's quite possible that there is a computer glitch on the UA/CO merger and the ticket is showing up flagged wrongly.
