I have read through this thread and would like to take a poll. I am staying at the Westin Paris for a week with my daughter. First time to Paris for both of us. Booked a Jr. Suite with points. Can upgrade to a Jr. Suite with a View for 80 euros per night. I would usually take the deal for a one or two night stay, but is the view worth $700?
