I'm over being exasperated at this kind of thing, but the insane difficulties involved in (a) making sure the correct upgrade(s) are deducted and (b) making things right when mistakes are made are simply unacceptable.
Everything is in a
black box, PUCO way.
You have to remember which GPU, RPU was applied to which pax's upgrade on which flight.
Also remember the expiration dates of these upgrade instruments.
If they don't clear, there is no guarantee that you get them back.

There is no record. So prepare a spread sheet.
Dealing with One Pass is such a pain.
