Yup - I'm dealing with GPUs being pulled instead of RPUs for PS flights as we speak. Supposedly "they'll be credited back", but I've heard that BS when dealing with CO/OP before and I'm not confident.

Would it be so hard to add the PNR they're redeemed for in the MileagePlus activity screen?
