From a "convenience" point of view they are about the same, so if the room price is the same I would go for the T5 Hilton.
But:check the earliest service times for both the T4 shuttle and the Hoppa bus, because with a 7.30 departure you might arrive too late with at least one of them.
You do have a back-up facility from the T4 Hilton as you can get a London Transport bus (routes 482 & 490) free-of-charge between T4 & T5. It is quite a good service; a realistic option for inter-terminal transfers.
