Just learned another lovely new feature of the "new" ual.com when an agent accidentally pulled a GPU instead of an RPU for a PS flight (hope they can get that lack of online functionality fixed stat).

When you elect to use an upgrade instrument, it will deduct from your totals (as it should). HOWEVER, it does not instantly show up as redeemed on your MileagePlus activity page (like it used to on the PMUA ual.com). So there's a period of time (maybe until one of the infamous nightly sweeps) where an upgrade has been redeemed, yet there's no indication of it being used.
- In fact, the agent just said it had been "credited back", yet the GPU total hasn't increased.

Might make sense to take screen shots of your totals before you apply said upgrades so none get lost in the shuffle - since we're using the CO systems, I can speak to issues firsthand in upgrades not getting credited back to you in an easy and timely manner.
