You can email or fax in to the new MP. The website mentions to do this for flight partners - but fails to give the email address/fax numbers.

However, if you call UA, the automated system gives this information out - you don't need to wait for an agent - the system will tell you, just say Mileage Plus at the main menu, then you can prompt for missing miles, then partner airlines. It will list the mailing address, fax number and email. I think the email address is just [email protected], but might want to double-check that, as I'm not 100% sure.
