OP actually had a relatively archaic process to get them submitted (scanning BPs and emailing all of that in). With the "old" ual.com, you just inputted the ticket number and your seat assignments, and submitted that way - much more consumer friendly and generally faster.

Alas, that way is gone now. Figure the ability to do it the old OP way comes back at some point, though there is no process on the site now to do so.
