The wine bars at Dalí and Velázquez are identical.
It is the "Bodega Business Plus" wine list, the selection changes fairly frequently and the list can be found here

In addition there's a selection of other wines ( e.g. Torres Gran Coronas)which are always available and not in the wine bar but among other beverages.
