Unless the new UA execs can see a way to make some $$$ out of something dont ever expect to see it as a so called benefit anytime soon.
(to an extent I agree with them if I had a choice to have the #1 product (company) and the best selling product but yr after yr Im losing money, or make $2 mil and have only 1% mkt share. Id take the 1% mkt share). this is how Co worked if they were able to see that $$ were flowing to its bottom line they would bestow teh benefits, if they didnt see how it would add to teh bottom line then no benefits.
what was, was! and what will be wont be what was yesterday. So each person needs to address the issue and decide if they feel they can do better by flying another Carrier/Carriers and if yes then Say farewell UA it was great when the times were good, but I can do better elsewhere so take care
