Are you talking about Delta Economy Comfort?
AF Premium Voyageur is a different concept from Delta EC. It is a separate cabin, with different seats, whereas Delta EC is in the same cabin, just with a different pitch and free alcoolhic drinks.

The price is 25-30% higher than regular economy (not really close to the Affaires price) and you can upgrade with miles or SWU as a Skymiles member, if your fare bucket permits (10.000 miles for Y, 20.000 for select other buckets - I assume B and M).
