AFAIK there is a connection between D and E (according to the map there is a specific in-security connection for that particular case), but otherwise I agree with you, there is no physical access to any lounge at MIA when flying on AS and/or AA that a BoardRoom member has access to.

Fortunately you shouldn't have to exit security to go from AS to AA if you don't want to.
