The Halal Guys have had an all-day/night cart on the SE corner of 53rd/6th for years and still have the better known evening/latenight-only cart on the SW corner under the scaffolding (both carts had long lines on Friday evening when I picked up a couple platters to take home).

The Biryani cart is still good, although the quality can vary tremendously from one day to the next. And Kwik meal is still dependably good. Those are the only three I regularly patronize.
