What government agency regulates Citibank? Perhaps a threat or actual complaint will light a fire under Citi.

I gotta ask - what do any TY Points Citi promotions have to do with the AA incentive thread? Now that the Citi/AA banking relationship has ended, shouldn't this thread be locked until such time as there might be a detente? And shouldn't these 2 posts be relocated to the Credit Card forum, where they might be better served with regard to TY Points promos??
