I opened an account September 23,2011 for the 20,000 TYP. As usual, Citi is jerking me around. I have a letter dated January11th stating that my points have been processed and will post in 30 day or one cycle. Here we are on March 5th and I still don't have my points. When I send a secure message I get the same response I got in January.

What government agency regulates Citibank? Perhaps a threat or actual complaint will light a fire under Citi.
