Spiff, what time's your flight on the 14th? The shuttles start pretty early from Vail (5am I think; maybe earlier-you can check). Or take the last possible one down Sat eve so you can spend time w/ the gang post-skiing.

I will be skiing in the day & sitting by fire/drinking in the eve. Since I like to make it down the hill in one piece, I normally reserve my alcohol for apres ski.

BTW - I'm still at Sequoia Natl Park for holidays (no skiing, but snowshoeing), but will do the investigating into hotel & condos when I return after the new year.

Right now I'm planning on the first flight to DEN from LAX on the 11th (get 1/2 day of skiing in ) & then the last flight back on the 14th or mid-morning on the 15th, depending if anyone else is around on Sun eve.

I'm assuming Spiff's heading back early on Sun so he can make his hockey game on Sun eve.
