The information in this article is not all that accurate or current. For example, the article claims SQ started the IAH-DME-SIN service in 2008. SQ actually started service in this route in 2006. Secondly, when the article was written last December, SQ's last 747 flight was supposed to have been on the JFK-FRA-SIN route. Since then, SQ has shifted the last few 747s to the SIN-MEL route and finally ending service with this plane on the SIN-HKG route.
