Northwoods now has very good BBQ

We eat at Bad Bones approx once per month, as we are in the area on a regular basis.

By NORTHERN standards, this is terrific BBQ. If you are fortunate to have been to the SouthEast U.S. or TX, you'll perhaps find that Bad Bones BBQ doesn't have the punch of SE or TX BBQ but again I'll state, for northern BBQ, Bad Bones BBQ is terrific.

I usually have my meat plain with no sauce but if I'm in the mood for sauce, Bad Bones has quite a variety to choose from (hot, vinegar, sweet, mustard, etc etc).

Bad Bones does brisket, pulled pork, pork ribs, beef ribs & other meats.

I love what the owner is doing here & he also trys new things, recently we've seen him try smoked prime rib, too bad I wasn't in town to try that as I've had smoked primer rib elsewhere & it is a great item.

Make sure you get yourself to Bad Bones if you are in the mood for BBQ (Remember, Grilling is NOT bbq !!!!)
