As an AC Elite, I have always been treated well, but today something really wrong occurred at YSB. I was flying Porter (oops) this morning, and as we were boarding the AC desk agent announced that the flight (and he was speaking about the next AC flight which was delayed with no plane there yet) would be open seating. It confused everyone, as the AC passengers weren't ready to hear anything as there was no plane, and the Porter customers were queued and assumed the non-airline identified announcement was for them. As a result, chaos ensued on the seating for Porter. It got sorted out quickly, but as I was in seat 1A (in front of the FA jump seat) the FA mentioned to me that this wasn't the first time this had happened and shaking her head she said, they do this little tiny childish things that in the long run work against AC.

Bush league in my world, and I was a bit embarrassed to be an AC Elite.

YSB, was a cold wintry place this weekend, but the Wolves won both their games, so all was good!
