Unfortunately, in 1998 during the migration of their Reservation system from Sabre to Shares, mine, and I'm told thousands of members' histories were lost. I had close to 3MM miles that were lost. When I call them now, I'm told I'm approaching 2MM miles. So, I pay little attention to the "1 Million mile Flyer" line on my card.
