How do you go about knowing your PQM's are on US? I've been a memeber since 98 and like many here, have flown a lot. Searching your account history only goes back to 2008. Any ideas? Is it all done via customer service?
Yes, call the Preferred Desk (if you're Preferred) and just ask them. They'll tell you. For some odd reason, US doesn't seem to think it's important enough to put on your statement or online profile-even though all the other airlines do! Go figure.....
