Excellent hotel with phenomenal service yet again. Just here for a weekend with only one night accom booked. Premier room with Lounge access in Tower Two and airport transfers booked. Arrived at 7am sat morning and car was waiting. Nice 7 series BMW with cold water and towels. Arrived at the hotel about 8.30 am and was upgraded to a suite ( am only Gold) and room ready immediately and use of the lounge straight away for breakfast. So now it is Sunday evening and we checked out at 4 but our flight is not till 2 am. We were told we could still use all of the facilities and the spa to have a shower etc. Superb! It was our second stay and we will be back.
