No - the outbound flight on Friday from AMS wasn't full.

The inbound today, however, was. It didn't look so busy when I checked in - there were 5 or 6 business seats available for a 79 Euro upgrade fee - but when I boarded, my boarding pass beeped and I got the upgrade for free. Every seat was taken!
