What makes it confusing is that you get TPs, Avios and lounge access on Air Nostrum flights in Spain which are another Iberia subsidiary.
Air Nostrum are not an IB subsidiary, IB do not own them. They are a franchise partner. They are also a full affiliate member of OneWorld, hence the flights in question are full oneworld flights, from a oneworld airline.
The same is not true of Vueling. While some of their flights have IB code share on them, they themselves are most defiantly not oneworld airline at all, neither are the flights.
(also, I wouldnt call Vueling a IB subsidiary, while owning a % of them, they do not own 100%)
