I needed to buy 2 tix ex ZRH and called the Swiss res number and they quoted me an "assisted booking fee" of 90 Swiss Francs which is pretty much 100 USD at the moment.

I did not believe it and called the US 1K line and they after initially being unsure, corroborated it. I then bought it on the US line, naturally.
