Jaws, I did not make a confirmed upgrade. He did tell me that Business First was not filled as Belize is mostly a tourist destination. He also said the upgrade fee was based upon the miles (938 in this case)and to ask about it at check-in.

Also, glad you like Hotel Del, and its so nice to hear people say such great things about San Diego. Did you know our Pres stays at Hotel Del and golfs on Coronado? (In between those times, well, who knows what he is doing!)
