My Mom had the DL Gold Amex card and closed it a year ago. Her bonus, if I recall correctly posted around March of 2010.

She is thinking of opening it once again to gain a complimentary checked bag when coming up to visit me. Would she receive the DL Amex Gold first purchase/opening of card bonus(es)? What if she went for the Platinum or Reserve card this time?

I was also wondering if there is any way of checking when exactly the last Amex DL bonus posted to her account? Should I call DL and see if they can go back in time on her SkyMiles account? The website only shows the last few months!
